Carlson Wagonlit Travel Appoints Country Director in New Zealand

SYDNEY, JANUARY 10, 2012 — Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT), a global leader specialised in managing business travel and meetings and events, has announced the appointment of Kim Milne as Country Director for CWT New Zealand, effective January 23, 2012.
Kim will join the CWT Australia and New Zealand Leadership Team and assume overall responsibility for CWT New Zealand, alongside functional leaders from across the business.


Kim comes to CWT with solid management experience across a number of different functions and has spent the last four years as Operations Manager and Second-in-command to the CEO for Southern Cross Travel Insurance (SCTI). One of her greatest achievements during her time at SCTI was leading her team to win the overall award in the 2009 NZ Best Places to Work Culture and Climate Survey and she also played a key role in launching SCTI into Australia.
